Sushi & Wine Evening
We would like to invite you to a free wine and sushi pairing evening at Waitrose in Canary Wharf.

Tuesday June 8th 6.30pm to 8pm at the 1F atrium

Waitrose’s Canary Wharf branch is home to their finest selection of wines, and their Wine Buyer will be on hand to take your questions. Our sushi chef, Shu Inagaki, has selected some enticing sushi dishes to accompany the wines, and we invite you to come and try out the combinations for yourselves. The evening will be informal, informative and fun, so please come along.

THE YEAR OF BIODIVERSITY
As part of our continuing commitment to do all we can to protect marine life and support responsible fishing, Moshi Moshi owner Caroline Bennett was speaking at The Headquarters of the European Environment Agency in Copenhagen this May about the importance of biodiversity – and what we can all do to help preserve it.

“Taking endangered bluefin tuna off the menu is just the tip of the iceberg,” says Caroline. “Up to 70 per cent of the fish we eat are endangered.

“Nature dictates what we’re serving at Moshi. We don’t say to our fishermen ‘we want five kilos of bass‘, we say: ‘what do you have that’s great today?’”
